However, if you decide to represent yourself rather than retain an attorney, a Certified Legal Document Preparer (“CLDP”) can assist you by preparing and filing the necessary court pleadings to institute or respond to legal proceedings at a much more affordable rate than charged by attorneys. If we determine that you are in need of legal advice, which AZ Paralegal Assist, LLC cannot provide, you will be referred to an attorney for a consultation. Thereafter, you will decide whether you want to retain an attorney or obtain the assistance of a CLDP.
