There are times in life when we are faced with situations requiring the legal advice of an attorney.  However, if you decide to represent yourself rather than retain an attorney, a Certified Legal Document Preparer (“CLDP”) can assist you by preparing and filing the necessary court pleadings to institute or respond to legal proceedings at a much more affordable rate than charged by attorneys.  If we determine that you are in need of legal advice, which AZ Paralegal Assist, LLC cannot provide, you will be referred to an attorney for a consultation.  Thereafter, you will decide whether you want to retain an attorney or obtain the assistance of a CLDP.  Please refer to the FAQs section regarding certification of CLDPs and how we can assist you in your legal matters.

My name is Ella Blass, and I am the Designated Principal and Certified Legal Document Preparer ("CLDP") for AZ Paralegal Assist, LLC.  I have over 35 years of legal experience, enjoying the beautiful state of Arizona since late 2009. As a CLDP, I am required to take at least 10 hours of Continuing Legal Education hours per year and re-apply for certification every two years.
