My name is Ella Blass, and I am the Designated Principal and Certified Legal Document Preparer ("CLDP") for AZ Paralegal Assist, LLC.  I have over 35 years of legal experience, enjoying the beautiful state of Arizona since late 2009.  I earned my legal document preparer certification after passing a thorough background investigation and a comprehensive written examination administered through the Arizona Supreme Court Certification Division.  As a CLDP, I am required to take at least 10 hours of Continuing Legal Education hours per year and re-apply for certification every two years.  I became a proud member of Toastmasters International in 2019 and have been a member of the Greater Casa Grande Chamber of Commerce since 2018.

I am extremely excited to be in a position to share my vast legal experience for the benefit of those individuals who desire accurate, professional assistance with legal document preparation at affordable rates.  In many circumstances, a CLDP is well qualified to offer you the legal services you desire without the oftentimes prohibitive legal fees associated with the retention of an attorney.  While CLDPs are prohibited from rendering legal advice or appearing in court on your behalf, they are certified by the Arizona Supreme Court to provide factual legal information pertaining to your legal rights and options, court forms, personalized drafts of court pleadings, explanations of procedures, court rules, etc.  In certain circumstances, legal advice may be deemed necessary in which case you will be referred to an attorney experienced in your particular legal matter, after which you will be afforded the opportunity to decide for yourself whether an attorney or CLDP will best fit your legal and financial circumstances.
